‘One Brain’ Consultations
The average consultation lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, and usually focuses on an issue of the client’s choice, an area of their life in which they would like to see a change. While strong results can be felt after only one session, a commitment of three sessions is suggested (though by no means compulsory) to allow for the exploration and release of different angles of the same issue.
A One Brain session involves:
- Discussing the issue and its impact on life in present time
- Identifying the source of stress using biofeedback muscle testing (which involves gentle pressure on the arms)
- Exploring how the source of stress relates to the issue in present time
- Releasing the stress through a variety of techniques that your body chooses through muscle testing
- Infusing positive awareness to replace the negative beliefs
- Anchoring the new belief on five levels of awareness (Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, External Factors)
- Identifying a new Choice and Self-Talk
